Understand payment options

A first step that fits.
A plan you understand.

Look beyond the monthly amount. Compare the deposit, schedule, fees and total repayment for the land you choose.

Legal work, surveys and service charges depend on the parcel and scope. Confirm the quote before ordering.

See how buying costs work

A few things
worth knowing.

What does the monthly amount cover?

The starting monthly amount is one part of a parcel’s payment offer. Review its eligibility, deposit, duration, fees and total repayment. A monthly amount alone does not describe the full purchase cost.

What does a verified check mean?

The recorded check was completed within its stated scope. Open its source, reviewer, date and any expiry. Other questions may still be unresolved.

Can I buy from abroad?

You can browse and review records online. Identity checks, signing, site work and transfer requirements depend on the purchase and the professionals involved.

Does a payment mean I own the land?

Ownership follows the purchase agreement and transfer terms. A payment or reservation alone does not transfer title. Land values can rise or fall; returns and resale dates are not guaranteed.
